I began my journey with Mindvalley around 4-5 years ago, as I was deeply unhappy, which eventually turned into severe anxiety and depression. Before joining the WildFit challenge, I had high blood pressure of 150/95. My blood sugar level was above the normal range of 4-7 (before food) and 7-10 (after food). I joined the Mindvalley Premium coaching programme in October 2020 - the 1st year it was rolled out -because I felt I needed more personal guidance and support in my journey.
