I began my journey with Mindvalley around 4-5 years ago, as I was deeply unhappy, which eventually turned into severe anxiety and depression. Before joining the WildFit challenge, I had high blood pressure of 150/95. My blood sugar level was above the normal range of 4-7 (before food) and 7-10 (after food). All these readings were even after taking medication... Now I have stopped taking my Blood Pressure medication because my pressure went below 100/79. The blood sugar level has also dropped to 5 to 6 before meals... I have felt better these past 3 months than I have been for the last 30 years.
