Before joining the WildFit challenge, I had high blood pressure of 150/95. My blood sugar level was above the normal range of 4-7 (before food) and 7-10 (after food). All these readings were even after taking medication... Now I have stopped taking my Blood Pressure medication because my pressure went below 100/79.
