🇸🇬Stories from Singapore

Good day. Energy medicine was the very first quest i signed up for in 2019. Had been doing some ad-hoc workshops on the net pertaining to Law of Attraction etc. Some just didn't have the depth run by novices who were out to monetize. Guess the Universe saw my thirst for authentic knowledge and led me to Mindvalley via…

I began my journey with Mindvalley around 4-5 years ago, as I was deeply unhappy, which eventually turned into severe anxiety and depression. The course that had the biggest impact on my life was Uncompromised Life by Marisa Peer. After I completed her course, I sought out a Rapid Transformational Therapist, who helped…

Before joining the WildFit challenge, I had high blood pressure of 150/95. My blood sugar level was above the normal range of 4-7 (before food) and 7-10 (after food). All these readings were even after taking medication... Now I have stopped taking my Blood Pressure medication because my pressure went below 100/79. The blood sugar level has also dropped to 5 to 6 before meals... I have felt better these past 3 months than I have been for the last 30 years.

Before this Quest, my life was in a consistent discovery and questioning my life. Who AM I? After 3 MIQ, Life book, goal setting, meditation, and self-improvement that I have done to myself, the sign getting stronger. I feel pain, I feel lost, I feel dragged, I feel demotivated. After taking this Quest, I can finally…

The tools I learned, makes me feel I am ready to make that difference. It has enhanced my quality of life in general and make me get rid of my toxic behavior…

Before the AI Mastery program, AI felt overwhelming and out of reach. At mid-career-after 25 years building and running businesses across multiple countries-I knew this technology was no longer optional. But I hesitated. Throughout my career, I had witnessed how poorly implemented tools can do the opposite of what they…

Before this program, I was feeling very lost and easily agitated due to my insecurity from the various disruptive chaos in life. Thanks to this program, I have learned skills to do conscious uncoupling to remove or un-entangle from unfulfilling relationship, identify areas where I want to grow and focus my energy more…

I joined the Mindvalley Premium coaching programme in October 2020 - the 1st year it was rolled out -because I felt I needed more personal guidance and support in my journey. As a Mindvalley Member I was devouring quest after quest and so there was plenty of input, but not so much output. I was also gearing up to…

Hi Teacher Vishen, although this is the first day of class, I already feel energized by the compassion in around me. You are so effective in teaching that I don't need to think about what I need to do because your words allow me to meditate on my own. Thank you Teacher Vishen and I look forward to your present class…

Before this life-coaching certification programme, I knew next to nothing about life-coaching. After my course, I'm beginning to use some of the questioning techniques that I learned…
