"I feel very fortunate to have found Mindvalley and its varied classes"

I just recently discovered Mindvalley and its programs by co-incidence...that means I am impressed but I am basically still in the beginning phase. First I came across a presentation about "Developing a better Memory -- SuperBrain.) I was so intrigued because there were learning and concentration issues and mainly I want to address being seriously forgetful maybe due to short-term memory loss. As I get older (75yr) it gets more difficult to learn and remember. I just moved to Portland to be closer to my daughter and family. The reason I moved was that my husband of 48 years died this year in June. I am glad where I live now I have a great loving contact with my family who are younger. My grandson is 8 years old and he is a lot of fun. My adjusting process is still continuing and after going through some depression, I realized it was time for me to find a special project that would help me in creating more community. Right now my social network is quite small --- some family here and some friends and family in in the US as well as Europe. In the past I always attended yoga classes and later went to circuit gym classes at a retirement center in Seattle. It was easy and wonderful to make new friends. Now with the virus situation gyms and yoga classes are fortunately still closed. But now I feel very fortunate to have found Mindvalley and its varied classes. Luckily since I am retired I have no excuse not to do my studies and homework.
