"Helped me to focus on being happy and loved than to proving myself right"

First of all I want to thank God for giving me this Mindvalley app. Before this program I was pretending like a bad girl wearing mask in order to view my emotions in front of my family who weren't understanding me,being a family they don't know about my character, nature and thoughts. I was not able to express my feelings and share about my husband Malcolm kalundia. I was not giving 100% to my loved ones. I was judging some of my emotions. I have noticed many wrong beliefs which were not supporting my personal and professional life. I was hesitating to talk in English even though I know to speak fluent English. I really thank Kristina for designing such a awesome program and making huge difference in my life. After this program I removed my mask and stopped pretending infront of my family. I 'm expressing my feelings on my husband Malcolm kalundia infront my family. I started giving 100% to my loved ones to be myself. I feeling very happy and proud discovering myself. Helped me coming out of my comfort zone . Helped me measuring size of my comfort zone in all areas of my life. Stopped judging my valuable emotions. Helped me to stop giving suggestions and expressing opinions when not asked. Helped me to stop robbing my loved ones journey and experiences by helping them. Helped me to focus on being happy and loved than to proving myself right. I started loving myself,feeling worthy and enough.Feeling like I'm in sky by accepting myself. I have noticed there were very tiny issues ,by realizing itself made huge difference in my life by transforming myself without breaking myself. Loved this Quest very much. Love you team.
