The clients, the authority, the brand on my email signature, the infrastructure I never had to think about because someone else built it... I moved inside that machine well. Really well. But the machine wasn't mine... Six months later, here's what I've built: The Seat Advisory - a private advisory practice for newly promoted VPs in financial services and fintech, focused on their next promotion... Six months ago I had a career. Now I have a business - and I have no idea how I'm this lucky to have stumbled into the program at exactly the right moment.

I had been writing tasks disguised as Key Results. I had been setting goals *for* my team instead of building goals *with* them... Mindvalley did not just teach me OKRs. It taught me I could *build* the future I wanted, instead of waiting for someone else to build it for me.

I came in as a mom. I showed up as something I never had a name for before. The identity I built raising my family - systems thinking, seeing what people need, caring about outcomes- that identity is pouring into my passion for AI integration... For me, the shift in identity didn't happen focusing in the Soul content I love too, but in the experience of building things that are making a difference in people`s lives.

I was beginning to think about exit, retirement, and slowing down. I was exploring the sale of my business and wondering what the next chapter of my life would look like. I stopped waiting for the perfect moment and started taking aligned action. I learned to show up consistently, speak to my audience with intention, and trust that my work had value worth sharing with the world... Now my life is proof that consistency, aligned action and an unwillingness to quit are the most powerful tools any entrepreneur can have. I am not waiting for the life I want. I am building it - one day, one post, one product, one credential at a time.

I just got out of a meeting with my finance person, and I'm honestly still shocked. After what I learned at Mindvalley U, I completely restructured my business. A scarcity mindset I'd been running on for decades - built in a childhood without running water, reinforced by years of building and losing and rebuilding a business - became visible to me for the first time... Over the next two years the business restructured. Revenue grew substantially. I hired my first operations manager. I stopped operating from scarcity and started operating from clarity.

I had the credentials, the experience, and the deep conviction that this work needed to exist in the world. What I lacked was the entrepreneurial architecture to bring it all to life... What this program gave me wasn't just strategy - it gave me permission. Permission to see myself not just as a senior leader, an educator, or a federal executive, but as an entrepreneur with something truly original to offer the world... I began to see my new business not as a side venture, but as the culmination of everything I have ever done and everywhere I have ever been - from the United States to Europe, from federal boardrooms to university classrooms, from skeptic to advocate.
