Six months later, here's what I've built: The Seat Advisory - a private advisory practice for newly promoted VPs in financial services and fintech, focused on their next promotion... Six months ago I had a career. Now I have a business - and I have no idea how I'm this lucky to have stumbled into the program at exactly the right moment.

After the very first vibe coding session, I had it done in a matter of days. That was the moment this program stopped being theory and became real - not just a better mindset, but actual momentum on something I'd been avoiding... Six months ago, putting myself on camera and posting publicly would have felt impossible. I still feel the nerves, but I'm no longer waiting for them to go away before I act.

I realized I'm not really in the yoga business. I'm in the business of helping people master their lives... The biggest realization, the one that changed everything, was this: I wasn't building random offers. I was building an ecosystem... I finished my book, something I'd been circling for a long time, and that milestone matters more than I can fully put into words.

I had already launched my company, set up marketing, sales, lead magnets, and offers, and even hired support. But despite having the infrastructure in place, I lacked the entrepreneurial operating system to run it all with confidence... I saved over $10-15K almost immediately. The program paid for itself multiple times over on that alone... I went from someone trying to navigate uncertainty to someone who operates like a founder - with the tools, processes, and frameworks to back it up.

I had ideas and a few products but didn't know how to turn them into a scalable business as a solopreneur... It wasn't just learning concepts; it was seeing what was possible and realizing I could operate at that level, too... It truly feels like I compressed 10 years of business experience into six months-and that shift has moved me forward in ways I didn't think were possible.

This program got me thinking more about the control I have over my health, it's up to me to live a life of longevity... I am practicing it daily, you can do the same as well. Take your health seriously, more so your gut health.

Inside this mastery, if you're brave enough, your business is vetted, challenged, and enhanced by a billionaire, millionaires, and global game-changers... Before, I was optimizing tactics. Now, I'm architecting systems, IP, a future-proof ecosystem, with a category-defining platform and a modern technology model.

I had the knowledge. What I lacked was the ability to execute like a founder... my partner and I founded an EdTech startup from scratch, with an exit strategy built in from day one. We are 4 weeks from launch... I am no longer advising from the outside. I am a founder.

My biggest hurdle was the internal shift-moving from a "I am not enough" to a founder mindset( I was born for this)... I successfully streamlined my primary business workflow. By applying the frameworks taught here, I managed to reclaim roughly 10 hours a week that were previously lost to "busy work," allowing me to focus on high-level strategy.
