I could help others become visible while staying invisible myself. That paradox defined my career.

I started tracking my progress when the course began, and at that time, I had 1,000 followers and a reach of 40,000. Now we have 131,000 followers and our reach has hit 30 million... I just hoped to fill my classes but instead, this has completely changed my life and grown a beautiful community

The biggest result for me wasn't just on social media: it was realizing I needed a platform to capture follower information and continue marketing to them... my contact database has grown by 200%, with revenue up 71%. My customer retention rate jumped from 49.4% to 59%, and my Instagram reach is up 90% year to date, with 81% of viewers being non-followers.

I didn't have a lot of confidence in myself, and because I'm from Romania and not a native English speaker, it was hard for me to come up with scripts and to show what I did... I did a 90-day challenge, posting a video every single day. And it got me 2.7 million views... On YouTube, I've even become a monetized creator; I'm earning around $600 since this summer. It's not a huge amount, but for me it's a big achievement.

I finally gained the confidence to submit a seventy-page nonfiction book proposal after passing on three previous opportunities... I am free from the shackles of overwhelm and intimidation and know exactly how to approach a consistent, compelling presence. My podcast series will be launching shortly and my book will be out by fall 2025.

My reach is now 2000% higher from last year: about 43,000 appearances. Journalists are now calling me for interviews or quotes about women and feasibility. I realized that posting my knowledge and ideas shows I have something valuable to say and helps other women shine authentically.

I had many mental blocks: about age, accent, and putting my face online but the program helped me overcome all of them. I learned that it's not about appearance or background: everyone has something to share.

I created a 30-second video with voiceover, text, and music within an hour: something that would've taken me days with the professional platforms. I posted 10-15 short videos on TikTok, and two of them got 5,000 and 7,000 views, totaling about 12,000 views from scratch... I used to feel intimidated and turned off by social media, but this program changed my mindset.

It isn't just making me a better speaker, it's helping me clean up my overall message and step into the version of myself I've been building toward for years... It unlocked a whole creative wave. Courses, programs, my talks, my storytelling, everything feels more intentional and more me... The book isn't just a book anymore; it's becoming a foundational piece of a much bigger vision and yes a movement. And that's because this program helped me find the voice that was already inside me, I just hadn't tuned it properly.

I can now share my origin story - and the many stories around it - in a way that connects, whether on stage, in fundraising, or in conversations with clients.
