"The program reveals our core beliefs around food, nourishment and our emotional dependencies to substances"

My motivation for participating in the Wildfit Quest was born out of a desire to optimize my immune system and improve my eating habits.

Three months ago , I was a relatively fit and healthy 67 year old. My diet was healthy but did include “foods” like sugar, caffeine, carbs , dairy and wheat that I know challenged my body’s ability to function optimally. The Wildfit program totally revised my eating habits , with many beneficial results . I released 15 lbs, my BMI changed from 25.1 to 22.7 which is a healthier ratio, and in measurements I lost 11.5 inches. I am very happy with the results and achieved my weight and measurement goals. I am sleeping much better, have abundant energy , my mind is clear and minor health issues have cleared completely. I even think that my vision has improved. Minor aches and pains are gone and I am feeling fit and trim .
My blood sugar became absolutely stable eliminating previous hypoglycaemic symptoms. My sinuses cleared including a sinus that blocked my right ear, which was noticeable when I sing. This outcome suggested to me that I have an intolerance to lactose.

Wildfit addresses so many important issues and challenges you to critically assess the food industry and its practices. The program reveals our core beliefs around food, nourishment and our emotional dependencies to substances.

During the program you are encouraged to eliminate food groups that no longer serve you or that can do harm to your health and well being. Brilliant program.

Thank you Eric, Ariel and all of the Wild Fit coaches that provided so much support. Thank you as well to Mindvalley , for recognizing the importance of this life-changing program. The photo I selected is a graphic reminder of the 15 lbs that I released during the Wildfit Quest.

"No other diet or program seems to do this"

Before this program, my main goal was to become more healthy on the inside. I wasn't only inspired to lose weight although, like most people, any loss would be good. From day one, I love the way the program was structured, taking the time to ease people into the philosophies and really ge...

"I have reached a sense of confidence that this has become my new lifestyle"

I can honestly state that I have reached a sense of confidence that this has become my new lifestyle. I am enjoying so much less pain, and so many other little signs of food sensitivities gone. I still have about 5-8 pounds to go, or whatever it takes to get to 18-20% body fat. I am more excited...
