"I wake up daily full of energy and excitement to start the day"

Over the past few years I have seen myself become way overweight. I would start a new eating program and fall off it. Most of my life I have been fit and at healthy weight. I would say that due to financial and emotional family challenges I became a stress eater. Through this program I lost 18lbs, and learnt a healthier eating habit. It also caused me to go on a quest to continue to improve my health, so that as I age I am fitter. I wake up daily full of energy and excitement to start the day. Life is no longer a slog.
