"I feel I was given the information I needed so all my parts could align to live my most authentic life"

This is the first program that shares my philosophies about diet. I have a background in Holistic Nutrition and I have reviewed many “diets”. There are so many misconceptions about how to feed the body, something is always missing and I’m left asking “But how is this a sustainable lifestyle?!”.
I’m happy to say, in my opinion, WildFit is absolutely sustainable! I was most intrigued about seasonal eating and now that it’s been explained, it makes so much sense.
Before the program, I was active and ate quite healthily but still didn’t feel like I was talking the talk and walking the walk. I was a closet binger that NO ONE EVER saw, this was shameful behaviour for me. I’ve been able to unpack that behavior through self-dialogue and I’m hoping it’s behind me for good. If not, I at least have the tools to investigate further and move forward.
During my WildFit journey, I was able to release 9 lbs (4kg) and over 9” (23.5 cm), but most importantly I have seen a vast improvement in my mental health. I’m no longer riding the roller coaster of significant highs and lows. I celebrated my 48th Birthday during the challenge and with menopause looming and a history of mild bouts of depression, improving my mental health was my main priority for the quest. Throughout these past weeks, I’ve noticed how stable my moods have been and remain. The cleaner my diet got, the cleaner my body got, the clearer my head got. I am truly grateful. I feel I was given the information I needed so all my parts could align to live my most authentic life. Thank you!
