"I am very excited to begin"

Today is the 1st day of this program. I am very excited to begin and YET..very scared. I have a strong dislike to vegetables, I am celiac, dairy intolerance and I love junk food. Lately even the junk food is really starting to upset me (no brainer there) ? So, here’s your fear....what am I going to eat? How will I learn to like nutritional foods without gagging (real fear! I can feel it already just thinking about it) This is why I am here! When he talks about the psychology behind it, that really sounds like it just be the answer. Thank you for allowing me to share. ?
