"After the quest I felt reborn"

3 years ago, I had successfully got to the dream weight I ever wanted by counting calories, meal prepping and exercising 3 times a week. Just as I had a career switch, I couldn't keep up and put on all the weight I had lost and even more. On top of that, my face was breaking out and getting bad each week. I felt heavy, low self esteem, ugly I told myself I have to do something about it and I thought I had the secret to weight loss, if I can do it 3 years ago, I definitely can do it again.
And so I tried, but each time it will only last a week at max two and I will go break the strike of being "good", I even thought to myself that 3 years ago I was crazy and where did I get the determination (it actually took me 1 year to lose 10kg 3 years ago, I was 78kg and got to 68kg). I was missing the feeling of being at my lightest weight, I felt free, confident, and I would look amazing with what I wear.
With every setback, stress build up and when you feel upset/stress you want to eat more and the vicious cycle went...
I chance upon this program and what Eric shared intrigue me, he shared all the psychology and scientific reasons why I was having so much resistance to get back on track to my weight loss journey.
After the quest I felt reborn, I'm no longer the person 3 months ago. With the new knowledge I know I'm treating myself better and I know it will stay with me for the rest of my live.
The biggest positive changes I have notice:
 1. I used to only drink 1 cup of water a day at max 2, now I drink at least 2 litres everyday
 2. I used to have food coma after meals, now not anymore.
 3. I feel light, energetic, amazing and healthy
