"After the first 3 weeks of the 90-day challenge I forgot all about my headaches"

I was gaining weight for the lat 6 years and following menopause it was harder and harder to keep it even at the same level. Since I was a child I was suffering from headaches always though it was because of my eyesight. And the last three years started having strong pains in the joints. After the first 3 weeks of the 90-day challenge I forgot all about my headaches joint pains were almost non-existent. Energy level doubled and was exercising more than my usual 2 hours a week bringing it up to five hours. My weight from 71 kilos went to 66 kilos and with a real difference in centimeters in my body.

Finally I am free from my constant cravings and especially my very strong sugar addiction. I use to have code blue moments when i did not eat at a specific time, being extremely agitated and with no energy and fogged brain. All this is in the past. This was the best present I could give myself learning the new freedom from food and new healthy life.
