"After I finished the program I had lost 18 lbs"

I started Wild Fit with the idea to learn how to improve my health, break bad habits towards food and lose weight. After I finished the program I had lost 18lbs. I have always cooked meals for my children and was not interested in fast foods. My challenge was sugar. Since the end of the program I have slipped back from time to time. However I am learning from other mentors about improving my diet to be fitter, stronger and emotionally more balanced. I am on my own quest to live full out for the rest of my life.
