This was one of the most important quests I have done. Jeffrey Allen is capable of taking his students to experience new insights, all the while making it safe and fun to go on to new adventures within. I believe that I have been able to step up and enjoy my potential more fully and recognize how much more there is to me and life that I didn't know it before.
I paint oil paintings. I have been holding back, judging myself and not being all that is me. Well now I am painting without fear and feeling the joy and as Jeffrey says......."be amused"!
