First, I appreciate knowing how easily I can connect to the energies of "heaven" and earth through your process, and I am now intending ABC - Always Be Connected! Before I do my own clearing, I connect, and I proclaim: "Everything that's responsible for XXX showing up in my field, I delete, uncreate and destroy across all time, space and dimensions." Last night, I actually cleared a bad cold that's been hanging around for about three weeks, but then I couldn't believe that I had done it, and this morning, it's back!
So, I cleared it again, along with any ideas that were hanging around in my field that tell me I am not able to do this work because it's just so much magic! (I put The Magician Tarot card beside my bedside: I AM the energy that creates my world! "Source Energy moves through me and that powerful energy follows the direction or command I give it!")
I noticed that I manifested my cold so that I wouldn't have to teach the rigorous schedule that I gave myself. I am aware that I have been dreading it, saying, "It's too much, I can't handle it," and the Universe, loving me of course, made sure I wouldn't have to! ("What shows up in your life is always a reflection of your interior world.")
I can feel that you have energetically imbedded the processes for clearing, and I especially like it when you stop to comment about how 60% of us or 55% of us are holding onto certain energies in our vibrational fields. I find myself working harder on releasing the energies in those places as I do my own clearing.
So far, I have listened to the first session twice and sessions two and three - three times each. I take notes some of the time, and, when we're clearing, I put my feet on the earth, my palms toward the sky and I release the breath out my mouth as we clear - all in a sincere effort to have my body declare my intentions as well as my mind.
So far, I am very grateful for the new awarenesses and awed by the opportunities that await. Numerology and astrology tell me this is my time to prosper, and I want to be a conscious participant.
