I am only part way through and have found it marvellous. As yet nothing is evident as to whether I am shifting, in fact am suffering depression since starting but this relates to a number of factors and extenuating circumstances. The program is so valuable and worthwhile, I am most grateful for it!
Excellent. The audios are great. The PDFs have plenty of typos but I am sure these will be sorted soon.
I love that Christie celebrates the group by clapping in some tracks, but it does make it startling when listening before sleep :-)
