My Goal was to learn how to keep my energy at a high frequency, consciously release/transmute any negative energies and increase my intuitive abilities. Also to live more intentionally with focus, clarity and purpose.
I have now been doing the Love or Above and Unlimited Abundance exercises for over a month and feel much more consistent with high energy levels and even when I feel low or discouraged, I can quickly pick myself up again.

I made an intention that I needed to align with $1000 before going on a trip and I got $1500 3 days later after setting and thinking about this intention only ONCE. Amazing!!
I think they are part of the new paradigm of how humanity will align with living an intentional, Divine and meaningful Life through releasing any hidden energy blocks and increasing our frequency/vibration to align with our soul's purpose and our passions.
