I have only reached the fourth session, but I am amazed already at how much my mindset has started to change. A lot of the general day to day 'worry' and constant mind chatter around money has simply disappeared. That's a great start.
I have noticed that money is starting to flow more easily, as I integrate a new belief system into my conscious awareness.
I am also pleased that this program has helped me to shift a whole range of other unhealthy or counterproductive beliefs about myself, so it hasn't just been about abundance. This came as a pleasant add-on, which I wasn't expecting, but has allowed me a new understanding of how I view abundance in general and myself as a person in the world.
I would recommend this to others, mainly because it's not just about abundance to do with money.... it's about everything that you believe about yourself, your life, other people, etc. that may create limitation, and prevent you from living the grandest version of who you really are in each moment.
I feel that, since starting the program, I am able to realise more and more fully that we really do create, in each and every moment, exactly what it is that we believe on a deeper or subconscious level, as well as on a conscious level. We can continue to do this day after day, month after month, year after year, even our whole life, unless we do something to change our awareness and perspective. And to me, it's really about perspective.
Christie said, "Abundance is a choice". That was a profound statement to me, and it just went 'click'! I had realised this some years ago about happiness being simply a choice, a decision; but I had never thought of this about abundance, and I realised, when I heard Christie say this, that it is so very true. This has also been enormously helpful for me. I have now made the decision that money and abundance do come easily to me, whenever I really need it, and the truth is, it does!! It's just that I needed to change my perspective - it's really another paradigm, another way of thinking, feeling and being.It's about stepping out of the struggle and stepping into ease, gratitude and being relaxed and happy. This then frees up the mind to be used as a tool, and only a tool.
