The technique she used about being at one with the universe and letting go of limiting beliefs... I actually saw a bright light at the time when I did it with her! I have many limiting beliefs due to a rough first half of life.. so I'm going to keep using this technique to help me with my beautiful 2nd half once those beliefs creep in. I also liked the scale she showed/uses to gauge emotions and their energy level... id never seen that before so found it very interesting and gave me lots to think about. In general I like the way she presents ( I like the giggle!) She has a warm motherly humble and honest energy.. she's the type of healer I would like to be one day. Thanks for your amazing page/empire Mindvalley. I'm totally addicted and it's helped me so much.
