My salary has grown 30% each time when I change my job and before the job-hopping, I will always listen to Christie Marie Sheldon's courses and do mini assignments. 
I have not been the best student, even though, I have not been 100% following through. 
The result is somehow good, if I have been doing what I should be doing, I believe things can be even better.
