Love your spirit, Christie. I am getting better at my intuitive self with practice and allowing. I try to spread the message and feel bummed at times when talking to others who haven't discovered this truth.
I used to give more than I would receive without honoring myself. To this day I still give my healing, most times as a gift and long distance healing, to many I do not know. I am trying to write a couple of books a bout my journey and about my amazing connection to lost spirits, etc.

I've been using the expansion process to heal aches and pains in my body...it works wonders. I am trained as a Naturopath, but have realized energy work is the basis for healing most ailments. Have discovered that especially for myself with all the past lives and traumas of this life that have been healed.
You are doing a wonderful job, I am working on becoming the confident spirit I was meant to be.
