My goal was to have an easy clear method of clearing issues, patterns, negative feelings, to change my mind and my behavior. Its working. I feel more empowered. I feel I have more control over my choices rather than feeling victimized by my feelings and thoughts. As I clear I find I am more aware of the beginning of negative thought and can change my mind right then. My goal is emotional stability by being in control of my mind and feelings.
