“It was my teacher who helped change my life.”

To get past my blockages in regards to making a living. It has underlined what I understood already having done many years of transformational work with a teacher.

In terms of "improving" my life, I would say it was my teacher who helped change my life.  

I would recommend UA for those who have not done any consciousness work.  It is a good way to help understand things in an immediate and intellectual way and get ideas they never thought of before.
