“It has helped me mentally to open up to past thoughts that no longer serve me and to look for more abundance in my daily life.”

My Goal was to help block the Fear of spending money and not having enough of it and being open to allowing more abundance in all areas of my life.
So far I've been listening to it in the evenings and I've gotten some great tips from the sessions... But I don't know if it really has made a difference yet in the physical? 
It has helped me mentally to open up to past thoughts that no longer serve me and to look for more abundance in my daily life.  
I really like the stuff I'm learning although I am having a little trouble catching everything being said?
I have already recommended it to friends and family.
