I do feel better about realizing my goals. I have definitely deleted patterns that were bringing me to sadness, despair, hopelessness and lack of faith. I would recommend this program to anyone that would ask. I would preach UA to people after I have achieved my desired results or I knew I would have what I wanted. Me first, then the rest of the world.
I must admit the UA course have given me more hope faster than others I have used. I am happier but am not there yet. UA has been effective and I am continuing to use it daily. I believe I will achieve what I want now. It is only a matter of time and effort.
