My goal was to improve my life in general and because I was not getting results in my life I started to look into self improvement.
I have been following a few leaders on Mindvalley and it is overwhelming in choosing just one persons teacher, so how I got to purchase Christie Sheldon was because after following a free meditation I became very emotional and I don't usually cry....
So far I still get choked up in my throat region during meditation not sure if it will go away, I guess I have a lot to unblock!
How have things changed?, Well I have not seen any money come my way yet, but I feel positive and my energy level has increased and I feel so blessed just learning every day that "it all starts with me"
I think they should teach this in schools and have it available in hospitals too...yes I would recommend this to everyone because this is the first step in healing , right before the "pills"
