The most improvement that I have experienced has been in what I physically feel when doing the clearings and how much I notice that my vibration has truly changed. I use the tools more for personal and emotional blockages right now because those are the pains that are weighing more on my heart.
I find the clearings work best for me if I listen to the recordings while walking in nature. I find I can release the most that way. If I feel something really heavy, I pause it and do some extra. I also do extra work for the more personal areas of my life.
Honestly, so far I have only been an active listener. I have not yet listened to all 25 recordings, but I have listened to many of them at least twice. As I said, I have only been an active listener. By that I mean I have not yet done a vision board or kept a journal. I also don't usually do the 30 - 40 extra sentences a day. But I listen while driving or walking and pay attention to what baggage comes up and ask it to clear.
Before I began, I decided to start more superficially to get a feel for what is going on and then re-listen and work more deeply. I am satisfied with this process.
Although I do have a great deal of debt right now and do need some extra funds, I am satisfied with my progress after the amount of work I have put in and the short amount of time.
