For the past couple weeks, I've been waking up at 4am or around that time and haven't been able to get back to sleep. It’s been rather frustrating; see, I've been going through the grieving process over [losing] my dad in April to lung cancer and it’s just been in the last 2 months I really started dealing with it. I've always believe in energy, as far back as I can remember, but I think I learned to block it over the years due to stress and other things, and it’s just been since my dad's death I've been looking to reopen myself.
So last night, I listened and completed session 1 before I went to bed. What happened this morning at 4am I believe was a direct result of removing resistance blocks last night. I'm not sure if anyone believes this or any form of this, but I believe when someone dies they become a different form of energy but are still with us, and in my mind at least, I think because I released blocks last night I found out why I've been waking up at 4am. [See], that's what time my dad normally got up every morning before he got really sick.
This morning I had a dream about him, he was what I remembered him to look like what I was a child and I ran up to him and gave him a huge hug telling him I missed him soooo much and I woke up crying. I truly believe I removed enough resistance blocks last night that I was able to see him, he's been trying to reach me and that why I've been up [at] 4am and not able to understand why. I think my energy was finally open enough to be touched by his energy. Even though I've been crying a lot today, this was something I needed to have happen for so many reasons.
