Since starting U.L., I have been clearing a lot...I feel much stronger and connected but have some very low lows, like last night. I actually reached out and sent a message on MindValley, something I certainly would never have done in the past. Right now I am clearing the clutter, and perhaps all these unexpected bills on top of everything else is just part of that. So far the improvement is the feeling of clearing and better connection.
Yes, I would recommend it even for the feeling of connection though I have not been in the program for long. I would love to see more improvements though I know I have a lot to clear.
