I am working through the program slowly as I have decades of programming to undo.
I feel much lighter, more energetic and more positive. I "crashed" a few days ago, but was able to recover more quickly with the help of Christie's clearing technique.
I haven't experienced any huge breakthroughs yet, but I do feel that it is just a question of time. Perhaps it would be more correct to say "a question of practice" leading to new frequencies.
I look forward to working through the entire program AND to the wonderful surprises that await me.
