I don’t spend most of my time feeling depressed anymore, or that I am not worthy of money, luxury and things that rich people have. I spend my mornings doing the meditations and start off my day on a positive note, and maintain it and live it with my every action.
It positively programs my mind to vibrate on a higher frequency and I feel lighter, [as] opposed to carrying a load of depressed, inferior thoughts that make me non-productive.
