After listening to the second session, something amazing happen! I had a court date to fight a ticket from drive with my cell phone in use. I was really feeling that I was unfairly given this ticket because my cell phone was on speaker. The officer declared that I was holding the phone in my hand. He may have been right but it was a short period if so. However, two days before my court date I received a letter from the DMV stating that my ticket was dismissed. I could not believe it so I went on line to check and it said closed. I was so curious to how a ticket get dismissed so I call a friend who worked in the DMV. They told me that never would happen I have made a mistake. She reviewed my ticket and found that the officer who gave me the ticket retired. Therefore, he was unavailable to attend the court hearing and it was dismissed. She said I lucked out! I said I am blessed. She said “you will never see that again”. I said maybe I will! I saved a day off from work, travel time, expense of travel, 5 points on my license and a$350 fine.
I am even more motivated to continue and see what else comes my way. Just some little things that have happened like someone I have interest in reached out to me for the first time when I have been the initiator of our communication. A business opportunity I want to pursue is now pursuing me by inviting me to a breakfast meeting.
