"I am LOVING it!!"

I am only on Session 8!!! I am taking it slowly because I want to do it thoroughly and not speed through it. My goal for using it is to clear the blocks I have and allow the dream that I see so clearly to truly unfold.
Has my life improved? Well I am only on session 8 and I have a lot of body pain since starting. I see this as positive as I am interpreting it as stuff coming to the surface for release. I have also gained some weight even tho I am eating the same... perhaps this is some resistance? But I am LOVING it!! Throughout the day when I notice how my thoughts are going I do the clearing and it has helped me be so much more aware...
I think Christie Marie Sheldon is extremely thorough. I love how she is so upbeat and quirky. Even tho I am only about a quarter the way thru I think it is brilliant and I am pretty certain it will only get better and better.
