I absolutely recommend this to everyone because if you follow along, even if you do not fully believe in this energy, the advice is good, the exercises are calming, restorative, and relaxing when done as asked and the result should be feeling better even if your results are not as earth shattering as many have reported.
I have not spent enough time to fully evaluate this but I must admit that I like it and have become a costumed to listening to it regularly. Christie's voice is comforting and I like her candid moments where she is just herself and has those "shit or get off the potty" moments :)
