It has changed my life on so many different levels! I am only on CD 9 and freinds are commenting on how happy and laid back I am. I love living this way and I think everyone on the whole planet needs to do this course! it would make the world a much better place! I cannot believe the change in myself. What I thought was impossible is now possible! it all makes perfect sense! I only hope there is a follow on course as I [can’t] imagine My life without you all in it!
