Yes, I would recommend this program. Christie provides a fun, unique way of clearing blocks at our own pace. I have done this type of work before, many years ago but I enjoy Christie's energy and her method much more. The way she does things just seems to move things very quickly and I feel safe and secure in doing so.
I think this course would be great for anyone regardless of their background.
