Before I started this program I was living and working in ego and wanting to help others without understanding that I needed to open myself up first. To be more heart centered and vulnerable in order to be of better service. Letting go and giving in has been very difficult for me but thought this coaching I've learned to open up and allow others to help me, support me and I can see the love and affection that others have for me. In turn I've allowed myself grace to be imperfect and accept all the quirky traits that make me up as a person. This has also allowed me to hold space for my friends, family and clients even when it is uncomfortable. I used to stay closed off as a coach because I thought I could serve my clients better. But now I see how opening up my heart and allowing them to feel safe has enriched my coaching and my life.
