Week 1 has been slow for me because of my procrastination. Though the video helped me realise the importance of communicating with myself I haven't implemented it. yet. This session made me realise that my mind has complete control over me, instead of the other way around. At the moment, I am a complete slave to my mind. As someone who has anxiety, letting my mind control me has resulted in anything good.
