Marisa has awakened something in me that I know is just the surface and there is a lot more work to do to shake off these built-in beliefs I have created as a child off the back of people’s opinions, that I have allowed to rule my life and the way I see myself (and others)! I know I once was an incredibly brave and effervescent child that only wanted the best for herself and others, with no fear. I want to bring that into my adulthood and see myself fully commit (subconsciously and consciously) to my desires and goals for my life. Self sabotage is so real for me, I need to confront this head on and I can’t wait to work through this with Marisa’s help.
