I was aimless drinking doing drugs and going down the wrong path at the age of 33 , quarantine happened and I basically made a shift in my mindset because of this program and things have been unfolding for me , I have helped my mom and dad see things differently also and now I can focus more on being a better version of myself,by losing 30lbs and working on many different aspects of myself
