"I am so grateful for this life-altering experience of learning how to love myself"

The reflection day questions for week three really made me think and get to the heart of why I have blocked energies. I've known for years that I had these blockages but haven't been able to find a method of clearing them. Envisioning filling my body with golden light is quite wonderful in that it's as if I'm giving my physical body a dose of crucial self-love on a daily basis.
I am so grateful for this life-altering experience of learning how to love myself. JuanPa is such a beautiful person, I love it when he smiles and laughs. Looking forward to week four!!!
