For the majority of my life I have hated my body and done things to it to try and get away from my pain and trauma. This caused me to search out additcitve substances, behaviors, and escaping mind patterns to not be present.
This past year I really started exploring being with my body and at 48 I am now finally starting to understand why this is a key component to my transformational journey.
After completing this quest with Juanpa I am truly grateful for having the opportunity to embody these practices and take my life to the next level. I was looking for a routine that could support me in diving deeper into myself and this series delivered on so many levels.
I’m committed to making this quantum flow a habit and adding this work to my daily manifestation process. Thank you so much juanpa for being the space for me to learn and grow and be who I am born to be.
