Before this program, I thought I knew what leadership was. Thanks to this program, I now know what leadership in modern times is and how to co-elevate others so that everyone involved contributes to leadership. Essentially making everyone a leader.
And now, my life is focused on mastering these skills of leadership because I now understand that people are the solution. Nothing truly great can be achieved alone. We need a team that is co-elevating and that is how exponential results are achieved.
