It is really the Ultimate Leadership Quest that I have found. Before joining the Quest I had very very scant idea about leadership. I just thought of leader as some person with a team of 20 or so people and they are instructed on how to do this and that. Leader was in fact an ideal figure for that cannot be reached.
But Keith, oh Keith I love you I love you style and your passion, Keith has completely changed my perspective on Leadership. I have broadened, expansive, open and service giver perspective of leadership now. The co-elevation concept in itself is a gem of the Quest. How noble and how humble the idea is of every one is leading, supporting and co-elevating each other.
I myself am a teacher of Learning and I was really touched by the core idea of continuous growth and growing.
I highly recommend this Quest for anyone who has a passion for Leading, learning, caring, helping, sharing and serving.
