Total Self Confidence

"This quest gave me a lot of knowledge to see my new condensed version of myself"

I always have that inner voice that I'm not going to make it I'm not good enough, and another inner voice tells me I'm going to make it good enough, I always felt shame guilt, and fear of speaking in public. Thanks for this quest that I learned to be more confidence and make the second inner voice stronger, and to be kind and understanding to myself. Recognize that everyone has moments of self-doubt, and it's a normal part of being human. Treat myself with the same kindness and encouragement that I would offer to a friend in a similar situation. When that self-doubt creeps in, I take a moment to evaluate the evidence supporting those thoughts. Are they based on facts, or are they just assumptions or self-criticisms? I try to reframe them into more positive and realistic statements. Break down my goals into smaller, achievable steps. This can make them feel less overwhelmed and boost my confidence as I accomplish each step along the way. Imagine myself succeeding and feeling confident in various situations, including public speaking. Visualization can help build my belief in my abilities and reduce anxiety. To not hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or a therapist if I'm struggling with self-doubt and confidence issues. Talking to someone I trust can provide valuable perspectives and encouragement.

Thank you for this program. Thank you Paul McKenna for sharing these practices, especially the 5-minute confidence workout.

I always have public issues especially on social media speaking, I had two parts one was in conflict and one was in fear. This quest gave me a lot of knowledge to see my new condensed version of myself.
