I work professionally in the fields of Integrative Health and Wellness, Professional Sport and in Tourism. I have done amazing things, had incredible experiences, met and worked with many remarkable people, and continue to impact the lives of many. In spite of what I do and my achievements, I have often relied on the recognition of my gifts and contribution by others to acknowledge these achievements as my own. There are so many times that others speak visions for me that I can’t see for myself. Doing this course has definitely improved my self-perception and self-confidence significantly but there is still work to be done- and I am reminded by Paul McKenna, that « repetition and perfect practice leads to success ». Staying grounded and connected as you grow in self-confidence is certainly the direction more people with the highest interest for the well-being of humanity and our planet need to be. In the least, this course will start waking you up to what's possible for yourself.
