I had been struggling for some years with some difficult relationship issues, stress, anxiety & insomnia. 

This program (& others) have helped to change my attitude, thoughts & way of being. 

As a result I am still working with these issues & myself, but I am mot positive, happier, sleeping better but not perfectly yet & getting on with my life much happier, more successfully & productively than before. It’s a work & play in progress. Life is a journey - & I’m learning to enjoy it!
